UH iLab: A Collaboration & Innovation Space

Expose UH Manoa campus students to experiences that help them get involved with innovation and entrepreneurship at a level right for them. Encourage participation from all UH Mānoa units and the wider UH community. Based on the hub-and-spoke concept, iLab acts as the central hub for meetings and presentations where exchanges of ideas and concepts occur, bringing together many from all fields and disciplines. Participating UH Mānoa departments/colleges/schools act as the spokes, providing the necessary tools and spaces to further advance these ideas and concepts and thereby creating a wheel of innovation on the UH Mānoa campus.

iLab Design Challenges

The mission of the iLab is to promote innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship among interdisciplinary student teams mentored by faculty. Here are some links for design challenges that we encourage students to pursue. Participation in these challenges will enhance your resume and some of the challenges have substantial cash prizes.
